Bob has headed Premier Companies since its inception in 1984. Prior to joining the company, he honed his strategic planning and marketing skills in positions that included: Senior Vice Present, Worldwide Sales Development, Holiday Inn Worldwide System; Vice President, Worldwide Sales Development and International Marketing, Ramada Worldwide; and Advertising Account Supervisor for America West Airlines. He was a founder of one of the largest tour companies in the U.S. - Funway/Funjet Holidays.

Bob contributes significantly to his community and country. He is a founder of the California Travel Industry Association; International Reception Operators Association; Arizona Human Rights Fund and Community AIDS Council.

He served as Chairman of the Phoenix Human Relations Commission; Chapter Chairman of the National Coalition Building Institute; and member of the Phoenix Police Department's Use of Force and Disciplinary Review Committee. Bob has accumulated more than 100 awards and recognitions for his community work.
